On the Corner of

On my block there’s a house that I had the opportunity to pass by during various times of the day. Sometimes right when the morning sun glistens on the ivy leaves, or when the golden hour light bounces off the windows.  Other times it’s during the humid night and the sidewalk plants have reoccurring shadows from the street light above.  As time passes, the light changes and with the light, something new emerges while something else gets concealed.  This piece explores our relationship to our direct, everyday environment while taking the time to observe subtle changes and fragments of beauty.
